At OceanAir Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items with all original tags and manuals included, then attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
